1.Spinach is a multi cut variety. 2.larger leaves at the base of the plant and small leaves higher on the flowering stem. 3.Spinach typically takes place 50-55 days from sowing to reach full maturity 5-6 times harvesting to be undertaken. 4.Leaves are very dark which grows to a height of 30 cm long and 10-15 cm broad. For a winter crop, use 4-6 kg and for summer crop 10-15 kg. of seed per acre. Seed should be sown 3-4 cm deep in rows at 20 cm apart
